Freedom Youth Foundation (FYF) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit that is solely focused on meeting the unmet needs of unwell, at-risk and foster youth.
We also believe every child deserves to have the resources to live a financially free life as they approach adulthood, not reliant on programs or government assistance. We want to empower each child by giving them the tools and training before it’s too late.
We look forward to having a fun and successful event with your participation. As always, 100% of the proceeds from the event will go directly to FYF and be used to support our local programs that give at-risk youth the ability to play recreational sports.
All registered guests can participate in the golf tournament and lunch.

About the Cause
Sports are a universal language no matter your age, gender or ethnicity. They are a high impact, low cost tool that can affect countless lives and inspire change in all who participate.
Today, millions of children around the world have the privilege to play recreational sports. Freedom Youth Foundation was created with a mission to bring those same opportunities to the even greater number of at-risk youth who do not have the same opportunity. Since 2011, we have impacted over 17,500 youth in six countries around the world.
One of the main programs we offer are sports clinics both domestically and internationally. At these events we provide training, T-shirts, sports bags, wrist bands, and trophies to those who demonstrate positive behavior. Many of the children we work with do not have parents, have been abused or neglected and are looking for LOVE. We try to provide this through the power of sport.
Athletics have the unique power to attract, mobilize, and inspire. In order for a sport to be a success, multiple participants have to share the same vision and goal. Sports help teach life values such as respect for the opponent, competition, acceptance of binding rules, teamwork and fairness.
Nelson Mandela said it best: “Sport has the power to change the world…it has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does. It speaks to youth in a language they understand. Sport can create hope where once there was only despair. It is more powerful than government in breaking down racial barriers.”
